@BarclaysUKHelp at other banks I can phone them and make payments of as much as I want for a small fee. Makes sense as it’s my money. At Barclays you can only make online payments of less than 50k. No such service over the phone. Ridiculous!

@ICAUAE_help hi there. My wife and I have registered all info on the ICA and received emails to say all info accepted. When I try to log in on AlHosn app it says the mobile number is wrong (but it is the same number I used for the ICA). Help please!

@EurostarUK Trying to change train for one passenger in a family booking....can't do it online and have to call Eurostar.......lost the last two days no-one has answered due to 'unprecedented level of calls'. Hopeless!!

@miqdates this whole system is an absolute disgrace. Fully vaccinated NZ citizens can’t get back to NZ as there are no isolation places? To stay in a hotel at the expense of government but already fully vaccinated? Come on NZ, get your act together
