@united@united in looking to understand the new pointPlus loyalty program it seems that it is designed to make money rather than reward loysl customers. As a business traveler it may be time to look around for an airline loyalty program that benefits the passenger, not only the airline!
@united first experience with new Plus loyalty program has been extremely frustrating. As a Premier Platinum member, was told cost of 25K miles + $500 to bee added to upgrade list, same flight a few months ago was auto upgrade. No one able to assist. I've over 300k useless miles.
What's up with #SouthwestAirlines just had the worst flight and customer experience ever. They used to be good, but becoming the worst. #JetBlue becoming my first choice.
