We travel to Cork to take on Carrigaline United in the last 32 of the FAI Junior Cup tomorrow.
Massive thanks to Kennedys Bar, EJs Menswear, Zero Cabs and The Great World Race for their sponsorship of the bus and food for the day. @DslSligo
@Nialler6767 Irelands number one win again! Big numbers in O Neills from Sinn Fein against the famine and the crown! Would have thought you’d have nipped in before Rovers.
@thaktonhemlock@akearins Ah I get that - I'm just too long invested to accept anything other than a Celtic viewpoint! When I started first following Celtic aged 7 (although arguably a Celtic man since birth) Aberdeen won three out of the next four. I still have the scars from Murray/Souness/EBT years!
As we look ahead to tomorrow’s hugely exciting title decider against Hearts at Celtic Park, we can confirm that Celtic will proudly wear the club’s Celtic Cross logo once again to mark National Famine Commemoration Day.

@alancaw I’m happy Celtic won. Made awful hard work of it but a pity with Hibs down to ten didn’t see Owen as an attacking force. Put in a great shift all the same.
@alancaw@Nialler6767 The Bundesliga seems to be able to manage fan ownership and commercial investment. I know it’s on a different scale but I think we need to look to Europe for models rather than accross the pond.
@alancaw@Nialler6767 When Co-Op came into play first it was an essential survival mechanism for the club and supported massively by local people. That Rovers would never have been appealing to an outside investor. As it stands now a professional club with recent European history- a different dynamic.
