I think he'll be absolutely fine against certain teams especially if covering at right back but he can be a bit of a headcase so who knows 🤷

@Watch_LFC Same. I'd rather bring in a CB than another LW if Diaz is sold. We have cover with Gakpo, Ngumoha, Wirtz, Chiesa and even Frimpong could fill in there if needed. That's plenty.

Whereas at CB, we've lost Quansah, Gomez is injury prone as is Konate so we desperately need a CB.

@Watch_LFC I agree with most of that alright. Nunez would have been expected to have joined Napoli by now especially with the Osimhen money coming in but that deal also stalled and Napoli ultimately pulled out. Then of course there's the Diaz transfer debacle and no word on any other sales

@LFCTransferRoom Great player on his day but very inconsistent. Would sell if a good offer came in and we have a replacement. Gakpo can of course start regularly off the left but I'd be hoping of an upgrade from him still

@JamesPearceLFC He has all the attributes to be a great defender. Good on the ball, quick, tall, good at passing between the lines. He was just unfortunate to make 1 or 2 mistakes in games recently that ended up in a goal which Konate, Robbo, Trent etc are capable of but get away with.

@Mobyhaque1 I would say cash in on Phillips (has some admirers already) and keep Quansah for Europa and Carabao Cup games until January. If he does alright, he might end up with a good Championship loan rather than League 1

@Watch_LFC Henderson and Milner leaving in the one season would be a massive blow.

Virgil will likely be a non guaranteed starter come the 24/25 season so we need the next batch of leaders to come through this season. The likes of Trent come to mind
