#RelinquishmentOption విషయంలో రిక్రూట్మెంట్ బోర్డు ఇవేమీ ఏమీ పట్టనట్టుగా పాత పద్దతిలోనే తన పని తాను చేసుకొనిపోతూ TGT ల సర్టిఫికేట్ వెరిఫికేషన్ వేగంగా జరుపుతున్నదని అభ్యర్థులు బాధతో చెపుతున్నారు.
అంటే మీ నుండి కింద అధికారులకు ఏలాంటి ఆదేశాలు (మీరన్నట్లుగా) సూచనలు కాని అందలేదనుకోవాలా?

Descending Order లో నియామకాలు చేపట్టకుండా, RelinquishmentOption పై స్పష్టతనివ్వకుండా కొనసాగితే @TelanganaCMO మీద నమ్మకం పోతుంది.

CM sir has not given any instructions to concern authority to fill-up the gurukula post in descending order.
Just he has responded to your twitter only. Thousands of unemployee facing lots of problems because of TREI-RB.

TREI-RB ఉద్యోగ నియామకాల ప్రక్రియ కొందరికి మోదం మరికొందరికి ఖేదం మిగిలిస్తుంది.గతేడాది TREI-RB ఖాళీగా ఉన్న DL,JL,PGT, TGT లాంటి అనేక ఉద్యోగ నియామకాలకు వరుస నోటిఫికేషన్లు జారీ చేసింది.దీంతో వేలాది మంది నిరుద్యోగులు అర్హత కలిగిన అన్ని ఉద్యోగాలకు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకొని,పరీక్షలు రాసి ఎంపికయ్యారు.ఉద్యోగం సాధించిన, సాధించని అభ్యర్థులు కూడా తీవ్ర గందరగోళంలో ఉన్నారు. 

TREI-RB వెల్లడించిన అన్ని ఉద్యోగ ఫలితాల్లో ఒకే అభ్యర్ధి, ఒకటి కంటే ఎక్కువ ఉద్యోగాలకు ఎంపికయ్యారు. ఒకే అభ్యర్థి వివిధ ఉద్యోగాలలో సెలెక్ట్ కావడం వల్ల, ఎక్కువ ఉద్యోగాలు సాధించిన వ్యక్తి ఏదో ఒక ఉద్యోగాన్ని ఎంచుకొని మిగతా వాటిని వదిలేయడం జరుగుతుంది. ఆ అభ్యర్ధి వదిలి వెళ్లిన ఉద్యోగాలు అలాగే ఖాళీగా ఉండిపోవడం వల్ల తర్వాత మెరిట్ లిస్టులో ఉన్న అభ్యర్ధులకు తీరని నష్టం జరుగుతున్నది.

TREI-RB ప్రకటించిన ఉద్యోగ నియామకాలను Desending Order లో  నింపకపోవడం వల్ల సుమారు 1,500   ఉద్యోగాలు ఖాళీగా మిగిలిపోయే అవకాశం ఉంది. దీనివల్ల అహర్నిశలు కష్టపడి చదివిన నిరుద్యోగులకు అన్యాయం తీరని జరుగుతున్నది. తక్షణమే TREI-RB  స్పందించి గురుకుల ఉద్యోగా ల నియామకంలో ఖాళీలు లెకుండా అన్ని ఉద్యోగాలను భర్తీ చేయాలని #BSP డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్నది.

డిమాండ్స్:
1. The General Ranking List (GRL) ప్రకటించాలి.
2. Desending Order లో ఉద్యోగాలు భర్తీ చేయాలి.
3. ఉద్యోగ నియామకాల్లో Relinquishment విధానాన్ని పాటించాలి.
4. మెరిట్ జాబతా ప్రకారం రెండవ జాబితా విడుదల చేసి, ఖాళీలు మిగలకుండా భర్తీ చేయాలి.

Dear CM @revanth_anumula garu,
Appreciate your decision to hand over posting orders (jobs) to as many unemployed youth as possible at the earliest in Telangana. Gurukul Teachers Recruitment Board(TREIRB) advertised for about 9200 posts in 2023.

We are told that the government wants to hand over the posting orders to the meritorious candidates before the announcement of poll schedule by the ECI ‘at any cost’. While I understand your party’s political compulsions, but the undue haste in recruiting such a large number of people without addressing serious concerns, I am afraid, will leave thousands of youth frustrated in Telangana for no reason.

If you spare a little time on this issue, it would be resolved and your decision will leave smiles of thousands of aspirants.

Let me assure you that none of us are going to claim credit for whatever good that happens to these hapless youth.

Let me now throw light on the most critical issues in Gurukul Teachers’ Recruitment.
They are as under:

1. Every eligible candidate can apply for multiple jobs.

2. Generally job aspirants always prefer the jobs with better pay, status, and other perks.

3. If a person is eligible for PGT and Degree Lecturer, and if he/she is selected for both, she/he would naturally opt for Degree Lecturer as it has better pay and perks.

4. If the same person is selected for both the PGT and DL in the same recruitment in the same cycle, when she prefers DL, PGT falls vacant.

5. Common sense says that the next meritorious candidate in PGT list should get the opportunity. Unfortunately this has not been happening because of some judgments.

6. As a result, hundreds of posts in the lower ranks are falling vacant because of aforementioned reasons and the candidates have to wait for another recruitment cycle which might take years.

7. Earlier there used to be Relinquishment Option for the candidates which would have facilitated the upward mobility of meritorious candidates within the same recruitment cycle. What happens in this is a candidate gives an undertaking that in case if she is selected for two jobs she would keep the best among both and her candidature for the other job need not be considered.

8. I believe this Relinquishment Option has been done away with for some unknown reasons.

9. I believe your officers are working day and night to ‘somehow’ give the posting orders to thousands of candidates before election notification by the Election Commission to avoid Model Code of Conduct. And they are making serious mistakes.

10. In this current Gurukul recruitment the TREIRB has declared the results of PGT first instead of DL! I believe in the results which have been declared so far, there are at least 350 candidates who got multiple jobs and on the other hand thousands of eligible youth are growing anxious and agitating for want of jobs although they could be eligible. This can be avoided.

11. If it goes on like this, your entire effort to earn good name will seriously boomerang!! Please DON’T link job recruitment process to political deadlines. Knee jerk decisions created havoc in job recruitment during the tenure of last government and you are well aware that we all fought against such decisions.

12. FINALLY THE REQUESTS: Kindly hand over posting orders in ‘descending’ manner in TREIRB. This might take little more time, but will leave smiles on thousands of families.

13. Kindly introduce Relinquishment Option again by an executive order

14. Please avoid backlog vacancies at any cost in view of the hard work and sacrifices made by the candidates and their families for the job preparation.

15. Please ask your senior officers to open channel of seamless communication with unemployed youth and address their concerns.

అలాగే పోస్టింగ్ ఇచ్చే సమయంలో Relinquishment అనుసరించి పూర్తి స్థాయిలో 9210 పోస్టులు భర్తీచేయగలరు.

Sir , దయ చేసి మా నిరుద్యోగుల యందు దయ ఉంచి. గురుకుల బోర్డు వారిని DL,JL,PGT and TGT పోస్టులను Descending order ప్రకారం నింపమని ఆదేశించగలరు. Descending order లో నింపకపోవడం మూలానా 2017,and 2018 లో కూడా చాలా పోస్టులు Backlog గా మిగిలిపోయాయి.

Please instruct the TREIB board to fill the vacancy in descending order DL,JL PGT and TGT. We are the unemployed who worked hard to bring Congress in the position.
Otherwise you won't expect good results in MP elections. Think once about us.
