@pnbindia @RBI @RBIsays , PNB team, it's more than 40 days and still no resolution provided of my complaint. I am still to get 20,000/- reversal from the failed transaction. Do we have any service levels

@pnbindia , I had made a credit card payment via Cred App on 26th Oct'24 and this payment was was failed but my account was debited for this amount. As per Cred App, they have refunded this amount via UTR no. 430091078373 but still this amount is not credited in my account.

@pnbindia @mdpnb @RBIsays @RBI again the same kind of complaint closure done by PNB bank. No one can understand the wordings. We can't contact anyone there nor they call us. Totally a helpless situation. It's a worst customer service standards seen in any bank

Seems there is no resolution available. Pls replace the vehicle. Have made a big mistake in my life by purchasing XUV 700
