The rats are leaving the ship. This shit is no different than anything else Trump did. Notice how they defended renaming the Kennedy center, but now that Trump looks like an even bigger fuckwit, they need to start sounding Anti-Trump.
"We were fooled!"
No, you're just fools.
This is grotesque. Tawdry Caesarism. Shameful cult of personality crap, and deeply un-American. Voted for him in 2020 & backed him in 2024 … but not for this, and not for another grand Mideast war.
I found out last night that my 100 percent volunteer HOA applied for and received a PPP Loan. We don't have a single paid employee. You bet your sweet ass I reported them. 👌
Josh doesn't even mention the worst part of Fetterman's irresponsibility. Because he won't wear a suit, he's *literally not allowed on the Senate floor*. That's where negotiations happen. He just doesn't go. He sits in the hall and signals thumbs up/down through the doorway.
The Senate is very much built on bargains and personal back-and-forth. Fetterman just sits all of it out. He plops himself on a chair in the hallway, alone, scrolling his phone, until an aide taps his shoulder to tell him it's time to peek his head in and vote.
We ask candidates of all political persuasions about their own words and actions. If that makes them “look bad,” perhaps it’s not the fault of journalists.
It seems like a lot of leftists are now treating ideas they were expressing in public 5 years like they were random musings in a teenage diary, without trying to explain how or why they evolved.
The GOP loves to trot out a few illegal immigrants out of 11 million who commit heinous crimes, but by far the most evil group of scumbags on a per capita basis are the J6 Traitors.
Many of you are too young to know this but Gangnam Style was a cultural phenomenon, we had like a solid year of everything under the sun doing a parody of it
I could dunk on this more, but here's the thing, the median voter is incredibly stupid. If you keep pushing black and white slogans like "Billionaires are a policy failure," don't be surprised when someone takes that seriously.
So:
*Exoneree Calvin Duncan won an election for clerk of Orleans Parish criminal court.
*The state legislature, AFTER seeing the election results, enacted a law eliminating the position.
*The Louisiana Supreme Court, in a 4-3 decision, has upheld the law.
The logic here is just so laughable. All of this was literally litigated in Allan V Milligan!!!! And the supreme court just said “just kidding we’re overturning ourselves!” They once again prove they have 0 legitimacy.
