The benefits of exercise are many (better health, more focus and energy during the day, etc.), so I've been trying to incorporate some low-level exercise into my morning routines. This morning I danced around while making my bed to the Pointer Sisters.

@katesith42 Yes! I read so many things about how consistent bedtimes is one of the best things for health. Fortunately for me, I don't usually struggle with this, so it's difficult for me to sympathize. Wouldn't it be nice to just have an auto-off switch that decides for you?
