He’s saying this has been going on for how long and we have given 100s of billions $$ and there’s no strategic plan for moving the needle forward there. Without a strategic plan an accounting of resources we shouldn’t send more $$.

@AmiriKing I’m not sure you could say justified. Yes, the other guy struck first, but he did not have a weapon so was the shooter “in fear of his life” I don’t think you could make that case they way the stepped to each other. Also a lot of unanswered questions.

@grahamallen That’s a 25% tip! Wonder if he tips that much when he goes out or gets delivery? You have volunteered to work in an industry that you know relies on tips, you have to be prepared that some will tip better than others.
