And I’m sorry at @AAACares , I just don’t think you do care, or we won’t be experiencing this level of incompetence.

@CJHolme38629827 @AAAnews This is not surprising. I have been on the phone with AAA all day today and still don’t have a tow truck and it’s 10 PM. They decided to cancel my tow for the evening. I am not sure how many calls, how many text, how many conversations it’s gonna take to actually get service.

@DBirdHoops @AAAnews I agree. As a premier member I can’t even get a tow truck. Let’s see I get 15 toes a year and I can’t even get one terrible and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Even supervisors can’t seem to help when there’s a need.

@cvspharmacy your mail order option is unreliable. I keep ordering and reordering my 90 day supply and never once receive a prompt as to why it hasn’t been sent. Now I am paying out of pocket to get my Rx while your system updates.This is not ok.
