@KSeattleWeather Curious why is it always a struggle in Seattle while Metro Vancouver scores easily considering the topography is almost similar? They are a few latitudes north, get it. But down here, it's always a NowCast situation every damn year 😓

@IndiGo6E 5. So, No...this was not only an operational failure but a complete chaotic mismanagement of the Operations that the topmost @IndiGo6E officials should look into to avoid such a mess. As a popular celebrity recently said "Shame on You" @IndiGo6E

@IndiGo6E 4. After returning to the Arrivals terminal 5 hours later there was no staff/crew to help us to the next step. Another absolute failure and mismanagement of @IndiGo6E staff.

@IndiGo6E 3. The aircraft was towed to a remote location and the communication from the pilot continued "we do not know what the company is planning to do"!!

@IndiGo6E 2. After the next breakdown of the parking brakes the passengers were kept stranded on the runway for more than 30 min. The Pilot was communicating but the underlined message was "we do not know what the company is going to decide"!!

@IndiGo6E 1. Passengers shouldn't have been asked to board the bus when the maintenance of the aircraft ongoing. Passengers were kept stranded (many of them standing) in the bus for 30 min while the crew was trying to change the tire

@IndiGo6E @Airbus The departure time was 16:55. It's 19:30 and we are still on ground. That's 2 hours 30 min delay

@IndiGo6E And now just before take off, the parking brakes are stuck. No doubt safety is paramount, but who is to blame for these maintenance issues? The MRO of the Airline or, @Airbus. With the ambition to rule the Indian skies, @IndiGo6E can do
much better!!
