My newest prayer is simple: “Lord, settle it.” Settle my mind. Settle my heart. Settle my spirit. Teach me to walk in peace instead of anxiety, and faith instead of fear. 🤍
So let me get this straight…
We’re in the middle of a war, rights are being taken, gas is pushing $5, many people are struggling to survive, they wanna up retirement age, healthcare is being played down like it’s a joke, the job economy is down, racism is still alive, we’re still paying for tariffs, this administration is destroying everything, it’s negativity in the news everyday, churches are money hungry, owning a house is feeling more like a dream with high how they are, southern cities and states are getting crowded out because northern states and states like California are pushing people other places to be able to see their money stretch.
Shall I go on?
Cuz I think we’re all collectively are over the chaos and confusion we see happen everyday lately.

I tell myself everyday. just keep praying. Keep praying because a bad day isn't a bad life. Keep praying because if there's a will, there is always a way. Keep praying because God knows my heart and he knows I try. Just gotta keep praying. Praying. Praying.
The biggest skill you can develop is the ability to reset fast. Bad conversation? Move on. Bad day? Start fresh tomorrow. Missed workout? Hit it the next day. Poor decision? Learn and adjust. You can’t control what happens to you, but you control how long you let it affect you.

If love ever finds me again, May the universe let me meet someone who loves me as deeply as l do. Someone who is never okay with hurting me. Someone who is loyal, kind & devoted. Someone who will never make me feel unwanted. Someone who feels like home & also finds home in me.
Serious question for men…what is it that makes you feel like you are in a relationship with a woman that you can’t express your feelings to? Or why would you even want to be in one where you don’t have a safe space to do so? If your partner isn’t that safe landing space for those emotions what is the point? Or are you just conditioned to not express them?
A woman can be completely obsessed with you and then BOOM….she’s detached because you played with her feelings & thought you were bigger than the program
