10.5 hours, two towing companies, multiple chat bot encounters, a few increasingly agitated phone calls, and some Tweets at @USAA after my noon request for assistance. Plus side was a polite driver, so there’s that going for me.

9.5 hours @USAA Just got a call. With yet ANOTHER 30 minute delay. And a follow on suggestion that I find a towing company and you’ll reimburse. Nope. I give up. Maybe you’ll get something done in the morning.

Requested a tow from @USAA at 1203 this afternoon. It’s now nearly 1900 and still nothing. Two towing agencies, multiple calls to both USAA and towing companies and nothing to show. Looking into other places to put my money now.
