In the eternal silence of snow-capped peaks,
where rivers murmur ancient truths,
Śiva rests, the Unmoved Flame, upon the tiger's wild throne.

From His form rise twin rivers of light,
Ida, silver-cool as moonlit breath, the lunar grace of intuition and calm;
Pingala, molten gold of solar fire, the masculine surge of action and heat.

They spiral upward in sacred dance,
breathing the rhythm of existence,
until at the central axis they meet and merge,
Sushumna awakens, a pillar of pure lightning,
white flame rising from root to crown.

No longer two.
Sun pours into moon; moon dissolves into sun.
Duality vanishes in the central flood,
only boundless awareness remains.

From muladhara the coiled serpent ascends,
kundalini, silent bride, climbing the luminous stair,
each chakra a radiant lotus unfolding.

Śiva smiles in the heart of the blaze,
neither creator nor destroyer, but the Stillness embracing both.
Trident idle, drum silent,
tiger dreaming peace, Nandi bowed in recognition.

Here the journey ends, the eternal now begins,
where the yogi is no longer separate,
but sky drinking its own light,
void adorned with stars,
and liberation is the simple remembrance:
You were never apart from this shining axis.

Aum.....
The channel flows open.
Light returns to Light.

Participants were also introduced to the "Miracle of Mind" app, a tool developed by the Isha Foundation to support meditation practices. The program was coordinated by Prof. Ramakrishna Biswal, Head of the Institute Counselling Services at NIT Rourkela. The session provided participants with access to a valuable resource to support their meditation practices and maintain a healthy and supportive community.
