GENEVA, SWITZERLAND – September 9, 2025 – The United Nations has once again brought to light the severe and ongoing persecution faced by The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam and the ancient enlightened civilization of KAILASA.

The 27th report submitted to the UN, titled "Human Rights Implications of Administrative Measures to Counter Terrorism and Violent Extremism," meticulously details a disturbing pattern of deep state-sanctioned abuses, reaffirming KAILASA's juridical statehood and exposing the weaponization of international mechanisms like Interpol.

The report, submitted to the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) as part of its call for inputs on the human rights impacts of administrative measures to counter terrorism, serves as a critical indictment of the systematic human rights violations perpetrated against THE SPH and KAILASA's global monastic communities.

These abuses, often disguised as counter-terrorism or public order measures, are revealed to be tools of political, ethnic, and religious persecution.

Unrelenting Persecution and Human Rights Abuses

The report chronicles a litany of human rights violations, demonstrating a concerted effort to suppress THE SPH and KAILASA:

● Fabricated Campaigns and Media Persecution: The persecution began with a deepfake video released in March 2010 by Hindumisic forces through prominent media houses like Sun TV and Nakkheeran.

This video, designed to incite hatred, was later scientifically proven false by forensic experts, and a former COO of Sun TV admitted to manufacturing fake news. Despite court orders, the media continued to disseminate this fabricated content, highlighting a severe lack of accountability and judicial oversight.

● Mob Violence and Police Complicity: KAILASA's monasteries across India have been subjected to violent mob attacks, often with the complicity or inaction of law enforcement. These incidents, including the sexual assault of monks and disciples, represent grave violations of fundamental human rights, including the right to life, freedom from torture, and religious freedom, as enshrined in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR).

● Unlawful Detention, Torture, and Arbitrary Arrests: THE SPH has been repeatedly subjected to unlawful detention, including a 53-day period in April 2010 without credible evidence or legal representation, during which he endured medical torture, including forced blood extraction and waterboarding.

Subsequent arrests were deemed "illegal" and "without jurisdiction" by the High Court, yet police brutality during these incidents went unpunished.

Similar patterns of arbitrary arrest and inhumane treatment have been documented against KAILASA's monks and devotees where individuals were detained without due process, denied basic necessities, and subjected to coercion.

● Suppression of Religious Freedom and Statelessness: The report details how administrative measures have been used to directly attack KAILASA's religious practices and institutions.

This includes arbitrary bail conditions restricting THE SPH's speech and religious practice, the forcible shutdown of KAILASA's Gurukuls (traditional Hindu schools) under false pretexts, and the barring of THE SPH and his community from their primary temple in Madurai.

Most egregiously, in 2018, THE SPH was unlawfully rendered stateless through the illegal revocation of his citizenship and non-renewal of his passport, a direct violation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) Article 15, which guarantees the right to nationality.

Reaffirmation of KAILASA's Juridical Statehood

The report unequivocally asserts the juridical statehood of The United States of KAILASA. Drawing upon international law, including the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States, the report emphasizes that a state's political existence is independent of recognition by other states.

It highlights that the ancient Hindu sovereign states that constitute KAILASA have historically possessed both de jure and de facto statehood, and their revival as KAILASA continues this inherent status.

As a juridical state, KAILASA possesses international legal personality, enabling it to engage in treaties, join international organizations, and pursue claims in international courts.

Misuse of Interpol and International Mechanisms
The report highlights how deep state elements attempted to misuse INTERPOL to target THE SPH through false extradition efforts.

INTERPOL rejected the request, citing it as politically motivated and incompatible with human rights. The court rebuked the police, exposing the abuse of international legal systems and reaffirming THE SPH’s protected status as a persecuted religious leader.
