With rebuilt support structures already completed, new press boxes are lowered into place at the @LenapeAthletics and @ChiefsAthletics turf fields! Final steps include electrical connection and sound system installation. Work is scheduled to be completed by September 1st.

Press boxes at the @LenapePride & @Cherokee_HS turf fields have been removed. Crews will rebuild the support structures before bringing in newly fabricated press boxes. Work is scheduled to be completed in time for the fall sports season. #LRHSD

Technology teachers from the #LRHSD toured our three newly renovated Career Pathway Program spaces with Metalworking and Fabrication at Lenape, Carpentry and Construction at Cherokee, the ASE Automotive Certification Program at Seneca!

The #LRHSD Metalwork, Welding & Fabrication Career Pathway Center at Lenape is complete! The welding side has 10 booths and access to stick, mig, & tig welding. The metalworking side features 2 CNC lathes, 2 CNC mills, a 4'x4' water jet & various fabrication tools. @LenapePride

The Construction, Building & Carpentry Career Pathway Center at Cherokee H.S. is complete! This construction area has 20+ foot ceilings where students can build two-story structures, a large panel saw, various chop saws and an array of professional-quality tools.

Work continues on the expansion of the district’s Welding/Metalwork Fabrication Career Pathway program @LenapePride. Overhead doors were installed connecting the two learning areas. Electrical & HVAC work will continue and equipment will soon be moved to completed side. #LRHSD

Out with the old, in with the new. The installation of the new classroom windows at Lenape has begun. The original uninsulated units are being replaced with a double-pane, energy-efficient window wall system.

A lot of the behind the scenes infrastructure work has been done. We are now starting to install the new HVAC duct work at some of our facilities for the gyms. Stay tuned for more updates as we gear up for a very busy summer.
