@auspost Once again I’ve received an “unable to be delivered” message, despite someone being home. Reason given: “locked gate” but my gate doesn’t have a lock, it cannot be locked. Delivery wasn’t even attempted. Paid for Express Post now I have to take time off work to go to PO.

@auspost Hi, I think my parcel is lost or stuck in the system somewhere. It left QLD 4/7/23, but hasn’t moved since it reached Melb Airport 9/7/23. Tracking says “delayed”. Normally I’d just wait, but it’s food & I’m worried it will be spoiled by the time it gets here. Thanks.

@emgyres @Coles Yes!!! These baskets are terrible @Coles The direction of the handle is completely impractical & incredibly awkward to use. I paid close attention to other shoppers today & all basket users were struggling with these unwieldy baskets! Did you test this design at all?
