I raised a complaint yesterday (Ticket 18347602). 24 hours are almost over and no one has contacted me. Your customer care is just a bot with no human support, and the store isn’t answering calls. Please look into this ASAP.
@MyntraSupport@myntra "SO CALLED" dedicated case manager updated on reinvestigation on 25th March that he will update in 24 hours. But still there is no update. Today 72 hours will be completed for the reinvestigation as well and now customer support is saying more 72 hours will be required.
Do not buy anything from @myntra !!!

First of all nobody called me on this issue. They simply closed both of the complaints on 24th. So I called again and raised an investigation for this issue on the 24th. And guess what today on 27th March that reinvestigation is also open.
@myntra please look into this matter and kindly help me🙏

On 19th March I called them again for update and they've simply given more 72 hours for resolution time. So I again called them on 22nd March and then they've given 24 hours for resolution time. And today on 23rd March after 24 hours my complaint is still unresolved. 4/5
