@ArcDEXScan 的 LaunchFactory 会部署固定 10 亿总量的代币，同笔交易中直接开出 1% Uniswap V3 池并注入开局流动性，创建者能在狙击手进来前打包第一笔买进。LP NFT 随后被锁进不可提款的 FeeSplitLocker，交易手续费 70% 归创建者、30% 给协议。这 142 个代币里已有 54 个出自该工厂。

不过这个封闭赌场可能很快开门——已有人通过 Circle 的 Bridging Kit 在 Base 上烧了 2 USDC，4 秒后 1.982753 枚原生 USDC 打到了 Arc。Circle 公开的 Iris API 仍显示 PENDING，@lifiprotocol 也还报不出可执行的报价。管道已通，公共入口暂时仍被关着。

一旦 Circle 把这条通路向所有人开放，新鲜稳定币就会灌进来，场外溢价瞬间归零，Arc 上所有早期仓位都将被真实的外部流动性重新标价。
