The Moscow Oil Refinery in Kapotnya is burning again after a Ukrainian drone attack.

Since the previous attack, several Pantsir-S1 air defence systems were deployed there, and one of them was even wrapped in an anti-drone net.

The Saratov Refinery has completely halted operations following the drone attack on July 8.

A couple of days ago, on July 7, Russia's largest oil refinery, the Omsk Oil Refinery, which processes 21 million tons of oil per year, announced it would cease operations following the Ukrainian strikes.

⚡️ Ukraine carried out a successful series of overnight strikes on Russia, targeting the Borisoglebsk air base and the Saratov and Nizhnekamsk oil refineries

The Nizhnekamsk refinery in Tatarstan — one of Russia's largest and most modern oil-processing facilities — appears to have sustained the heaviest damage, with major fires reported at the site.

The refinery produces gasoline, Euro-5 diesel fuel, and other petroleum products.

The oil terminal in Saint Petersburg, Leningrad region, in Russia is still on fire, and will likely continue to burn for some time.

In reference to the fuel situation in Russia, losing oil terminals at this moment is very bad news for Russia.
