1/ Recently a team reached out to me for assistance after $1.3M was stolen from the treasury after malicious code had been pushed.

Unbeknownst to the team they had hired multiple DPRK IT workers as devs who were using fake identities.

I then uncovered 25+ crypto projects with related devs that have been active since June 2024.

Dear Starknet community,

Last month, we updated you about the efforts to assist three sub-categories that were eligible for Round #1 of Starknet Provisions but had trouble claiming.

These groups are:

1. Pooled stakers
2. StarkEx users who were mislabeled as VeVe users:
3. VeVe users

In the coming hours, eligible recipients from the following groups will be able to claim their STRK directly through the Provisions portal: https://t.co/0BkVAZmZ1H

1. Pooled stakers: The Starknet Foundation originally intended to distribute STRK to eligible pooled stakers via the protocols through which they staked. But many staking protocols were unable to distribute their allocated STRK to their stakers.

Determined that STRK will reach as many eligible pooled stakers as possible, the Starknet Foundation collaborated with many leading staking protocols to grant eligible stakers access to claiming through the Provisions portal. The list of protocols is as follows:

- @LidoFinance
- @Rocket_Pool
- BloxStaking
- SharedStake
- @stakefish
- @Consensys
- @ankrstaking

From today (April 24th, 2024), pooled stakers who staked through the above protocols and were identified by the Starknet Foundation as eligible for Provisions will be able to claim their STRK directly through the Provisions portal.

Note: The Provisions Program granted the “solo stakers” category a larger pool of STRK than the “pooled stakers” category due to the greater risk solo stakers take on. To prevent the possibility of individual pooled stakers receiving more STRK than individual solo stakers, a cap of 43,200 STRK has been set per eligible pooled staker. This cap also applies to solo stakers.

2. StarkEx users who were mislabeled as VeVe users: We worked closely with @Immutable, a StarkEx app, to identify users who were mistakenly identified as users of a game called “VeVe,” which operates on top of Immutable.

From today (April 24th, 2024), Immutable users who were identified as non-VeVe users in the updated list we received from Immutable will be able to claim their STRK through the portal.

3. Regarding VeVe users: ongoing discussions with VeVe concerning token distribution are underway, and further updates will be provided once additional details become available.

Please note there will be several hours during which Immutable users, stakers and dYdX users will be unable to claim through the portal due to the migration of the relevant eligible recipients to the new smart contract. This is necessary to enable their claims. We will update on X once the migration is complete.

We appreciate everyone’s patience. We know you have been waiting for this, and we look forward to resolving this issue and enabling you to smoothly claim your STRK.

- We've started the KYB process with Starknet!
If you've verified via ⁠on Discord, you can join the discussion and see our airdrop list and criteria in the community channel.

- 350 E has been sent to the withdrawals contract. This leaves only ~1E or so not yet redeemable. Please redeem your vETH2. If you have not yet deposited into the contract please do so ASAP. We extended the redemption window from Jan 1, 2024 to end of Q1 2024 We plan to discontinue vETH2 so we can focus on V2. We will not extend this window further for users that have not yet staked.
