The Nigerian system is entirely not fair to Doctors, I don't understand how it is allowed for a human being to work 32 hours straight, no outlined breaks whatsoever. It is cruel. It's even sad I can't put the blame squarely on Nigeria, it is a domestic issue. It's on us!
