– Messy ownership claims
– Legal grey zones across borders
– Slow cash flows
– Nightmare valuations

You can tokenize it...
But you’ll struggle to scale.

Meanwhile, public credit (like short-term government bonds, T-bills, municipal debt are;

➡️Already digitized
➡️Already yielding
➡️Trusted by TradFi + regulators
