@ACERentaCar Why are you scamming customers with your toll policy? Every other rental company I’ve used lets me use my own SunPass transponder. ACE blocks that option and instead forces customers to pay exorbitant toll fees. What a rip-off! Never renting from ACE again!

@foxrentcar I have rented twice from Fox and both times have been a complete NIGHTMARE!! Had a prepaid reservation and waited in line for 3 hours at FLL airport last night!!! I don’t care how cheap the cars are, it’s not worth it! NEVER again will I rent from your company!

Word to the wise… DO NOT rent from @foxrentcar … Been in line at FLL airport for over 2 hours for my with a PREPAID RESERVATION! Worst customer service EVER!!!!

If you book a flight with @Delta where the flight is operated by another airline, do not expect to get any assistance from Delta regarding issues occurred on that itinerary. They are quick to pass the buck!

@foxrentcar No thx to Fox roadside service, I was finally rescued by other means after being stranded on the busy & very dangerous 95 freeway in Miami for nearly 2 hours! Please provide me with information where I can lodge a complaint with your corporate ofc! I’m hitting up social media!!!
