@AmazonHelp I just received my grocery order and once again, whoever packs the order places the frozen water bottles ON TOP of the order (eggs in one of the bags and soft cheese - now misshapen - in the other. Fortunately the eggs were ok. Please train whoever packs Amazon groceries to place the frozen bottles ON THE BOTTOM of the bags. (I don't want to criticize delivery people if they are not the ones who pack the bags. In fact, I am a constant provider of positive feedback to Amazon delivery people).
There is no option in the delivery feedback mechanism to flag the packing of groceries. "Other" could include a dropdown to provide specific problem. I had to select a driver-related issue in my feedback since none of the other options covered packing. I feel badly if the driver who delivered my groceries today was not the one who packed the order. If it wasn't the driver who packed it, I hope you could retract my criticisms (the delivery came as two separate orders, so I made two negative feedbacks).
Darn it, delivery people have such a hard job. If they don't do the packing, they get the blame. Whoever packs should get the blame. Putting the frozen water bottles on the bottom is a simple training issue.
Thank you.
@nypost What the hell? I hope this photo was published out of context, but I think not. Don't these people have the common sense, courtesy and sensitivity to maintain quiet awareness? They may just be greeting each other but a solemn face would be appropriate.
