Second, everybody has a right to belong. To belong to a given family. My concern is not limited to the DNA process, it extends to whether a public official should use state influence to subject adults to national scrutiny, ridicule and mockery.
If the interest was to solve a family wrangle, no such conflict is resolved through televised measures. Why cause a public spectacle? What is the intention?
If the interest was in the late’s property by some family members. Did they exhaust other measures?
@BalaamBarugahar , having served as a minister for children’s affairs, knows these things – I suppose. The right to belong is paramount.
Did he and others think about those men and women whose identities have now been publicly questioned?
Were their emotional well-being, privacy, and dignity considered before the process was endorsed?
A state apparatus cannot conduct a televised mob on the identity of 21 people. The victims of this mob might be poor, but they deserve some dignity. seen headlines already "...DNA emuwandudde", did any of you, who conducted this mob on people's identity, choose who becomes your parent?

The answer is actually simple, yet deeply rooted in a civilizational mindset.

What you are observing in Iran is not accidental, nor merely modern technocracy. It is the continuation of the Shi'ia principle.

In this school, authority (wilayah) is never separated from ‘ilm (knowledge).

This is not a coincidence of resumes, it is a system of cultivation. It is the tradition where knowledge precedes authority.

In the Shi'ia understanding, a man is not permitted to lead merely by force or charisma. He must first know the world, its sciences, its mechanisms until he attains mastery in his field. Then he must rise higher, to know himself, his Lord, and the weight of justice.

Only when ‘aql (intellect) is sharpened by study, and qalb (heart) is disciplined by piety taqwā, does a person become worthy of command.

Thus, when you see a commander who is also a scholar, or a strategist who holds a PhD, understand, this is how it is supposed to be in Islam.

For in our tradition, the most dangerous leader is the ignorant one, and the most rightful to lead is he in whom knowledge and responsibility have become one.

It is a hierarchy where competence, knowledge, and ideological conviction are fused into leadership.
