@RuhullahMehdi @JKNC_ PSC Lecturers are facing worst stagnation,as the cadre is without provisions of ACP (Assured Carrer Progression). After qualifying PSC Exam(*Written and Viva) the grade at the time of recruitment and retirement is same.
Plz do away with this .ACP is our right
