I ordered a product from @Meesho_Official on 5th May.
Today is 17th May .. still not delivered.
The courier partner @shadowfax_in keeps saying "customer not reachable" ...Lie

Ticket ID MST-8055779301 has been shared multiple times now.
But here's the truth:

No delivery

No update from @shadowfax_in

No update

No accountability

Please stop apologizing and take real action. This is exhausting.

@Meesho_Official @shadowfax_in Shadowfax delivery agents are the worst I’ve experienced. They don’t call, don’t show up, and still update status as "customer unreachable".
This is pure negligence.
