Made in 1991. Biden had nothing to do with it. JD Vance and I have a similar heritage. Appalachian Mountains. We did not have much so the only tangible value we had was our word. I am fine with that except why would any country expect America to live up to a deal after abandoning their commitment to protect Ukraine's Sovereignty. What good is any "deal" when the next people in power will ignore it. The US gov't made a commitment to Ukraine and that means nothing to Vance. Sad

What a fool he is. Trump. In 1991 we gave assurances to protect Ukraine's sovereignty. In 2014 Obama gave little (no weapons). While I did not like Biden, at least he honored our commitments. Trump just picks and chooses what suits his needs. I want to say I am ashamed I voted for him, but the other choice was not an option. I voted for him for several reasons. One was I though he would end this war and leave Ukraine with some dignity. But he does not know the meaning of the word. Ukraine can not make Trump money so he let's them suffer.
