The @MvBarCouncil has done the opposite of what its supposed to do. I must’ve been some 12 years or so the first time I said I wanted to be a lawyer. When you make people like us regret having chosen this career, even if the regret was brief, you have failed to do your job.

7. And now, while there is a pending Bill on the issue.

4. It is the democratic thing to do as the newly elected ExCo has requested to postpone the Exam (for above reasons +)

5. The intention of Majlis as to the First Amendment (esp re automatic revocation) and delaying the BE has been made clear.

3. The small portion of the eligible graduates and lawyers that were able to register because of the exorbitant BE Fee

I cannot fathom any reasonably justifiable reason for @MvBarCouncil to proceed with the Bar Exam, considering:

1. The utter lack of guidance provided by BCM re the Exam to examinees, while at times draconianly refusing when requested for more info by examinees.
