I haven’t sold a single share, I am feeling the pain too.

I laid out all the risks in my original thesis and I was abundantly clear that this name has risks and you must be prepared for them.

Has it played how I expected? Of course not.

But I’m not sure what you’re point is when I continue to buy the stock every week. I have said many times I plan to hold this name for the long term and that has not changed.

The internal use isn't fundamentally different. The distinction is that Regna is being established as a separate commercial business rather than proprietary software exclusively supporting Ondas products.

Ondas is its first deployment, but Regna intends to sell mission-specific AI capabilities to other defense contractors, governments, and enterprises using Palantir's infrastructure.

The opportunity is Ondas owning a business that could generate revenue independently of its hardware sales, not just them using their own software

They deploy it internally to demonstrate Regna's capabilities and from there build a scalable external business with real-world proof of concept
