Im a 28yo female that got the J&J vaccine last week. All this news has me freaking out, playing into both my anxiety and tendency to be a hypochondriac. For this reason, I am going on twitter hiatus for maybe a month. I need to not see the news to mentally survive for a bit.

I know the risk is still suuuuuper low.. I just wish I didnt know about it tbh. Anyways I'm also gonna do preventative stuff for blood clots, doesnt hurt to gain some healthy habits! Stopping smoking now and going to exercise every day.. Fear is very motivating haha.
