When the cloud crosses over, that is a sign the trend is going to reverse, either bearish or bullish. And good opportunity to take profits, or look to get in on new trend.

if there’s going to be a breakout needs to close above those levels on the 15 minute chart before I am interested I will not get in on first break I want the levels to be tested
