@AskDyson I have a faulty dyson vacuum.
I have been trying resolve this via the WhatsApp service and everyday I need re-explain the same issue and I'm being asked for all my details again. What a waste of time and appalling customer service!! How can I find a resolution for this?

@British_Airways flew into London Heathrow on from JFK and my suitcase has been damaged. Have raised a case, but would appreciate a response and resolution asap

@britishairways does anyone exist to help their customers??? I've been trying to call for over 1 month!! Called, emailed, raised Web query and no one can be bothered to respond. When the call gets answered and the agent pretends he can hear you and cuts it off!!! Shocking
