Let me share one of the painful realities I went through in the hands of those térror!sts. 😓💔

From the very first night I was k!dnáppéd, every night before we slept, they would tie us up with a very thick rope, the same kind of rope used to tie cows. They would order us to sit on the ground and put our hands behind our backs. Then they would start with the first person, tying both hands tightly, and continue to the next person with the same rope until everyone was bound together.

I pray you never experience that kind of pain.

They tied our hands so tightly that blood could barely flow through them until the next morning. One particular night, the pain became unbearable. I cried bitterly and begged one of them to loosen the rope just a little. He refused. Instead, he looked at me and said, "When your family pays your ransom, we'll loosen it."

Those words broke me. 💔

For 22 nights, I slept like that before I was transferred to another group of b@nd!ts. Every single night, tied up like an animal.

Even today, the marks from those ropes are still visible on my arms. They have never completely disappeared.

They tied us the same way people tie cows. I didn't steal. I didn't commit any crime. My only "crime" was being a Nigerian. 😭💔🇳🇬
