@ZettaSlowOG @OozaruxSupreme That's pretty much how I feel about it. Game itself is a lot of fun and I find myself coming back to it, playing a few matches, getting tilted cause I get way to into it and yet I suck at fighting games, and take a break.

The next patch for Resource of Souls, v1.2.0, launches today. It includes a new Urahara Shop page displaying all in-game purchasable items, with stats for Soul Crystals and Spirit Talismans, a Konpaku Certificate Generator, and a Ranked Online system developed with r/RebirthOfSoulsBleach's Discord. New damage info for Aizen and Shinji, plus full animations for Ichigo (Shikai, Bankai, Final Getsugatensho), Uryu, Chad, Kisuke, Yoruichi, and Shinji are added. Enjoy Urahara Shop and Secret Story assets for all characters.

Since it still seems to need to be announced:

If you got the got game before the patches and are having crashes/freezes.

The fix is simple:
Go to "C:\Users\ *Your Name*\AppData\Roaming\BLEACH Rebirth of Souls\Savedata\then your steam account"(bunch of numbers) and delete or move your save out of the folder.

The update creates new data but doesn't remove the original data that is in that save from initializing the game.

So yes, they did fix the game, but they didn't remove the other data.

Hopefully, this helps. I have tested this with about ~8 people to success after collecting info by looking through the game data. (Apologies, Tamsoft)

@ShinKensou I really look forward to the future of this franchise. Like you mentioned the foundation is SOLID, but there's just a few quirks that I hope get ironed out in future patches. The most interesting thing to me though is the secret stories, it really feels like a love letter to fans

@NechiKage @slversteam234 I got lucky enough that I only crashed twice and didn't have any of the graphical issues others mentioned. I was also on version 1.03 of the game and don't know if that means I got lucky when I downloaded it, or if the latest JP tweet means they tweaked Patch 1.03 after the fact

@RealMikeHollow @MoriAssce Totally worthy critique on the ranked situation honestly too! Nothing is perfect, but the foundation for this game is INCREDIBLY solid! So plenty if room for it to grow and improve.

We're not about to speak down on Bleach Rebirth of Souls when EVO is full of Casino Fighters with Unga Bunga comeback mechanics and systems that have served to enrage their own communities. Heat is a pile of shit that has managed to piss off almost everyone playing Tekken 8. The Drive System seems to have people flipping tables and launching controllers on SF6 and the less said about Mortal Kombat 1 the better.

The video below from @MoriAssce
is a better representation of the game being played out in a match. Cherry picky someone doing a simple combo with a specific character for why it shouldn't be at EVO is disingenuous. EVO could do with some spice cos right now there's a lot of streamlined boring nonsense on display, not to mention the fact that it has to fill it's top 8 with games that came out before most of the current player base were even alive.
