@WhatsApp my 13 year old sons account has been hacked and linked to a porn site. I can’t get the account back. WhatsApp’s bots are not closing the account down. The hackers will have contact details of CHILDREN. Why can’t I speak to anyone to get this account deactivated.

@HMRCcustomers Thanks. Done that. It’s always referred on and someone will phone us and months later we are no further on. We are a small business and it is incredibly infuriating

@HMRCcustomers we have been trying to get support for nearly 3 months regarding a PAYE issue on Basic tools. Initially told incorrect info, now can’t get anyone to help or a call back with no time frame. If we ran our business this way we would have no customers!! Please respond

@HelloFreshUK shocking service. I had one delivery with item missing, found the website awful to deal with and cancelled my subscription and they have still taken my money!! Apparently with no record of this. Surely this is fraud!!
