Shocking experience with KSRTC Gajraj Sleeper. Severe delays, false information & zero accountability during my Dec–Jan journeys. This is a serious passenger safety issue.
@transport_state At my risk 1:45 AM, I reached Thrissur bus stand & got a call from the driver saying bus had already arrived.
He then said the I m the driver and I am “not responsible” for wrong info. The conductor gave wrong info.
So who is responsible?
The passenger?
@transport_state Live tracking aa usual never worked, personalized WhatsApp live location was shared.
At 11:53 PM, conductor switched off mobile data.
At 12:45 AM, told bus stuck at Chalakudy with no ETA.
@transport_state I stood alone on the roadside for nearly 2.5 hours at night with no calls, no updates.
Live tracking was shared but never worked (page error always).
This is not inconvenience — it’s a serious women safety issue.

I stood alone on the roadside for 2.5 hrs at night. Live tracking link never worked. No intimation of the crew intimating about the delay.

@kashmirbox I see the delivery date is keeping on changing without even my notice or information ans false information is updated stating customer has requested for reattempt. I will never buy any products from you going forward and will never recommend ur products to anyone.
@kashmirbox Kashmir Box my Order 10000193827 was placed on 16th October and till now I haven't received my order. The courier partner has not even made any attempt to arrange for the courier and neither anyone has tries to reach me.
@VivekRaina_1@excitel_rocks i have been chasing ur team for frequest wifi disconnection since 4 months and noone of ur team has been responsible enough to help. They have taken advance money from me but i am unable to use ur network because of efficient engineers not available.
@excitel_rocks I am from BLR and using your service from last 4 mnths. Trust me not a single day it has worked properly. 100 tickets 100 calls 100 complaints till date nobody has taken any responsibility to fix the problem. I am facing frequest wifi disconnection but no help.

@CCBBangalore sir please take an action on @Lets_Colive. They are not returning back my rental deposit amount and there is no response from them. @sureshrangaraj he is claimed to be the CEO who is cheatinh people by taking money from poor people and not even returning the amt.

@Lets_Colive you people are a #realscam . It's been 2 months and I have not got my deposit amount of 25k. Raised service ticket no response, property manager has switched off his phone and the new owner is pestering me for the deposit because you guys didn't transfer my deposit.
