@UK_CAA Only just had email requesting further info, have sent this and reply email stated i have to wait another 28 days. Im not happy as i have all information and had you set up form to attach this initially, it would have all been sent to you directly. I feel you are passing the buck

@UK_CAA Well, finally got an email asking for more info, more than 60 days after making a claim, and now been told i have to wait another 28 days for claim to be considered. Really not very happy with this process or the continued deliberate delays in refunding my money

@UK_CAA Not had my refund or had any contact from you ir the agencies youve employed. I made my claim as soon as you opened your claim form on day one. Please help

Applied directly on their site as soon as they released the form, but have heard nothing back.
