At last! Found a way to clear the thousands of photos on my iPhone & keep ONLY the favourites.
Odd one- you have to select all then HIDE the contents of the favourite folder.
Delete everything in the Recents.
Then find the hidden folder & unhide it.
Done.
32,456 photos gone. 😂
