1. Drink a cup of water first thing this morning, it’s good for your kidneys and it helps kickstart your body’s metabolism. If taking water early in the morning makes you nauseous, spice the water with sliced cucumbers. Or take the water is sips. It will help you.
2. Eat at least an egg today. It’s good for your brain. If it’s rice and stew Sunday, incorporate hardboiled eggs to your rice. Eggs are rich in proteins.
3. Stay away from added sugar. Do that for your heart. No packaged fruit juice, it’s too sugary, and high in fructose. You don’t need that.
4. No soda today. Do that for your teeth, liver, and immune system.
5. If it’s rice and stew Sunday, add sliced cucumber to your rice. It’s good for your kidneys.
6. No energy drinks today. It’s bad for your heart.
7. Take five minutes of your time today to think about your blessings, count them and name them one by one. It will improve your outlook on life.
8. Repost. Do that for others.
Standing in full support of the best Prime Minister since 1962, Dr. the Hon. Andrew Holness. His integrity and vision for Jamaica inspires us all.
Together, we will continue to move our nation forward!
