* use silent lunch on whole group

or physical activity
* take students misbehavior personally

If you mentor a new teacher, letting them observe teachers & be observed is important. But also help them w/ Operational (routines, procedures, time management) & Interpersonal (classroom discipline/leadership, relationship building) skills to help ensure a successful year.
