@BarclaysUKHelp having some appalling customer service from KYC Team. Now threatening texts. Can't get through to talk to people. Options on contact numbers don't cover the issues involved. Been with Barclays for 45 years. Beginning to wonder if it's worth the bother.....

@BarclaysUKHelp Sadly, no. I call the numbers given on the emails, and no-one answers. I call the new customer line as instructed (I'm not a new customer), the options offered don't cover my circumstances. I am on hold for so long that by the time I speak to someone the KYC team has left.
