@OUTsurance Have been a client for >20 years. The insured vehicle was involved in a parking accident. Was told to forward the other vehicle involved claim. Have had very unsatisfactory results from your claims. What’s happening? Nasipi has been very combative.
@KLM Hi, just spent a very long time waiting at KLM customer services. Are the staff on a Go Slo? Staff seem uninterested in helping the customers efficiently. Long chats with each other. The wait was blamed on “post covid” which I don’t believe watching your staff.
