@ronsterd89 I've quit twice..The first time with hypnosis and it worked. The second time was hard. I quit cold turkey and drank lots of water. I had a funeral and cried. It was like losing a friend. Then it was better. It's been 20+ years quitting now.

@RogerZenAF It's beautiful! Some cats like to be high and some prefer to stay low near the floor. I would put a cat bed on the roof top for the cats that like height. Not sure it would work for all cats. My cats prefer to be near me on the couch when I'm in the room.
