@MedievalScholar My love of the medieval began back in the ‘60s—as a young girl in rural New Hampshire, I watched Richard Greene in “The Adventures of Robin Hood” every evening. Totally hooked then, and it’s led to a life-long fascination with the time period.
@babybeginner Definitely more innovative wrapping thsn my poor attempts (big fan of gift bags here 😏). She’s certainly using better quality wrapping paper! Most of what I find is too flimsy to deal with corners or crisp edges.
@TimothyEveland My brother and I had that set; I still have one volume (no idea what happened to the others, I think they were lost in a move). I read them many times!
@SketchesbyBoze One of the first books I got my hands on years ago, while starting my medieval reference library. . . I really need to read it again, now that I’ve been to Chepstow 💕
@CarlBovisNature Beautiful! Our view at the moment is cold and white (with potentially 12”-18” more on its way Sunday ❄️); your photos are such a pop of color to brighten my day! Thank you for sharing them with us!
