@jgraddon @kate_degerdon You make it sound so easy John. In our case we moved over late 2018, waited the required 6 months. Submitted paper app. which was returned. Then 2020 online system was overwhelmed and unless close to expiry people were not allowed to exchange. Then 2021 they shut down site 6/1/21
