@lani_esq @catmarketer @KFILE Have your ob/gyn contact the genetics Dept for you in connection with future pregnancy planning. I hope youre at a teaching hospital. Insurance should cover it. If not, you’ve got a good start on your “team” who will put their heads together and see what they can come up with.

@prichardsonla Worst is that cancer activates the MS which cuts down on mobility and then I can’t take care of myself. Breast, uterine, lungs r& l,esophagus. Mike turns out to be the partner I needed. I’m alone w/o creativity, conversation,humor. He is devoted to me-I would have died by myself

@prichardsonla I was diagnosed with MS while at SMU, since then, 5 bouts of distinct and unrelated cancers over the past 50 yrs. one stuck but Ive used up all the emergency exits and I’m now letting hospice and my sweet Mike take care of me in a pretty blue cottage in Cedar Key FL.

@prichardsonla I’m moving to a tiny blue house on the gulf shore and keeping my eye out for it as I pack and pitch.difficult. Right now and slow - I have cancer and a full flare of MS. IM going to boat and fish everyday and turn mahogany and eat very well !

@roseperson Four bouts with cancer & a node in my brain that could explode any minute. My advice: NEVER let the big picture take over; live your life one step at a time; focus on the task at hand and then get on with your real life. If you need a pity party, you’ve earned it but set a timer.
