@AIBIreland 3 days repeating the process of phoning a branch no. to get through to a call centre who in turn cannot get through to the branch and despite YOUR call centre leaving messages for branch to call me..no call back.Trying to do business through you is beyond difficult.

Saturday afternoon. queues out the door in Zara Dundrum, one person managing the tills while nine staff wandering the shop floor. @ZARA seriously poor service second time this week to try to change size of jacket, 2 hours of my life wasted!
