This is pathetic to see how the customer support works. I got a green line on iPhone13 after recent software upgrade and even apple support agrees there is no physical damage but still it has to be paid service. #Apple#applescam#ios18th#iphone13#GreenLine
@Airtel_Presence This is the most irritating experience I have ever had. I am in quarantine and don't even have a spare sim card to order food or for other necessity. And The Great Airtel team suggest to visit store, I could have done that without reaching you guys if I could.

@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence My airtel sim card is blocked all of sudden and it was advised to get duplicate by your customer care which I can't as we are in quarantine. Raised request through CC for duplicate sim deliver, no response either. Is this something you can help?
@Airtel_Presence Is there anything that you can do here? Going to store is not possible now as we are in quarantine. I donno how many times I informed this, why have you have kept an option to request for duplicate sim in your cc number if that is not functional??@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence
